Over the course of his career, Aron’s focus has been on helping organizations inspire and influence their target audiences. He is an award-winning innovator and serial entrepreneur, and he stays closely involved with both OfferCraft’s day-to-day work along with the work of OfferCraft’s new parent company, NRT Sightline. Prior to starting OfferCraft, Aron was CEO of MacroView Labs, a San Francisco-based mobile software startup that was one of the early mobile app innovation leaders. It was acquired by Bally Technologies (now part of Scientific Games NASDAQ: SGMS) in 2011. Aron then spent three years leading Bally’s interactive initiatives. Additional past highlights include serving as an SVP at Hill & Knowlton (part of WPP); and as a Director at The Advisory Board Company, a top healthcare consulting firm (part of UnitedHealth Group).
As an industry thought leader on a wide range of business and future technology topics, Aron has been invited to give more than 1,000 presentations at conferences around the world. He has been named one of the Most Intriguing people in Las Vegas, and the Las Vegas Business Press named him one of the Top 10 Rising Business Leaders in the city. He has a bachelor’s degree with honors from Princeton. In his spare time he loves having epic toy lightsaber battles and lego-building sessions with his young son.
